dlp chip

need to replace dlp chip in a mitsubishi 65in widescreen.where is the dlp chip located

:geek: The DLP chip is located on the DMD Board, to get access to it you will need to open the lower back cover of the TV, and you will see a board near the projection lens like this:

:!: The DMD is inside the metal enclosure under the lens on the first picture on that link.
You will need to open the metal enclosure and it will look like picture #4 on that link. The DLP chip is under the big heat sink on that board.
