well it seems everything inside your tv has either been replaced or inspected. Relying on trend alone I would probably narrow this down this being a DMD board issue, since all main components controlled by this are failing at random points of use. Now to rule out the Power supply, what happens when you try to turn on the tv (depress the power button)???
