action against Toshiba

who here besides me thinks its time to start action against Toshiba? Samsung has taken responsibility for light engine problems, so has Mitsubishi. I am getting the run around from Toshiba. I filed a formal complaint against them with the State of Florida, Department of Consumer Affairs. I think its time to put the pressure on them!!!
