Toshiba 65hm167 will not turn on

My tv won't turn on, it tries to start about 10 times, then i get a lamp light (solid yellow with a blinking red,beside it) I've replaced the lamp, and I've verified that the lamp door switch is working, still won't start. I hear two clicks then two high pitched sounds, assume from reading other posts, that this is the color wheel, any help is appreciated.

To help in the mean time the high pitched sounds you describe are they like screeching? like glass or metal, or more of an electric buzzing sound?
If it sounds mechanical it is most definitely the colorwheel. I would also check the authenticity of the lamp you purchased to make sure its an OEM Philips, as others can damage you TV and its components..
