need help trouble shooting

got a vizio vw26lhdtv20f comes on but screen is white ..led light on ,no channels ,no input no sound .but the screen is not solid white has gray look lines horizontally between the wide white ..unhook the white ribbon going from main board to a card at the top of screen ...all line gone screen is then solid white but still no controls

if it might be the main board ,where to find one or LG equiv board number 02-130360-19 -A

any help be great-full ,call vizio .part dude help more than the customer service ,no repair man come to my place .must not like the mountains

It could also be the DMD board, the vertical lines are a frequent sign.
