Sony KDL-46EX500 LCD TV

When you press the ON switch, the green LED comes on but has no picture or sound. There are no blinking 'error' lights. From the power supply connector, I have the following voltages: stnby 3 volts, AC ON det, audio 12v, Reg 12v, EAALY, Dimmer. I am missing Tcon - ON, Tcon Vcc 12v, and BL- ON. I can apply 3 volts to the 'Tcon -ON' and the 'BL -ON' and get the Tcon voltages to come on along with the backlight, but still have no video or audio. If I had some service manuals, I could fix this as I have an electronic background, but Sony has not released the manuals to the public yet. Can someone help?
