Polariod flm-2601

I have replaced c 939 c940 c909 c928 and c932 along with the sllow blow fuse and still nothing. Has anyone else worked on this power supply thanks

Apparently nobody has worked on this, I imagine this is because this is a more advanced procedure. Please let us know if you have the chance what the resolution was!
