Hello!

Do you get this distortion on every input? this is commonly a DMD board issue, unless it happens on certain inputs only then it can be a digital video board or an input board.
worst case scenario, you get the same distortion on every input and you need to replace the light engine (contains the DMD board) its from 200 - 300$ and you can do it yourself, I think it is worth it so save this big screen, I have a similar one in my living room and I love it :D
