Panasonic Viera TCL32C12 problem

My daughters TV isnt powering on. When plugged in, it just clicks on & off. I took the back off and checked all caps and they all look fine. The clicking is coming from one of the three relays mounted on the power board. I cant find anything in the internet with these symptoms to try to troubles...

I just had a guy on another forum say it's more than likely an issue with the power supply. He said it's probably unable to supply the correct voltage to a certain board because of aging capacitors. I dont have a problem spending $80 on a bulb if it solves the problem... Id hate to spend $80 on a bu...

Its about two weeks old and I'm not sure where he bought it. The lamp was really hard to get into the place it goes. We had to really put some force to getting it in there where we can screw it in. The plastic casing broke as the screws were tightened.

I just took the lamp out. There is no markings at all as to the manufacturer. You think its a cheapy and would a cheapy do what it's doing? When it goes out, there's no sound either. I just got it from a friend that has had it since it was new. The bulb in it now he just bought and its the third one since new. When it goes out, the fans are still running.

Thanks for the reply. Never had a color issue, perfect picture before it goes out & after it comes back on. The temp sensor in the 50" pic shows it mounted to a metal housing, If the metal gets too hot, it cuts the TV off. I couldnt find anything looking like that in my TV. I just read that some...
