we have a sumsung 46" LCD. When we turn it on the screen turns on then goes green or blue with a loud screeching noise. We can't turn it off or lower anything it is on for like 5 - 10 seconds, then turns off by itself and back on in a few seconds then everything is ok. Today we turn it on and i...
