HLP5063WX/XAA vertical lines issue

i'm having vertical lines (white on a black or blue screen) every 4 inches or so across the screen these lines are definitely over top of the menu, etc and show on all inputs.

DMD board issue? or am i looking at color wheel/lamp?

When i run test on the service menu, all colors patterns show, however, vertical lines are present on all.

any ideas?
