T V will suddenly shut down

Have Samsung HLR6167WAX great tv getting old but still great pic have replaced bulb 2010 and had recall for mirror tunnel performed .After watching tv for a while it will sometimes just shut down and will take approx5-10 min for me to restart it was only happening once in a while now getting more frequent don't hear the normal click when it shuts down yesterday the screen froze and it took longer to restart it any ideas maybe ballast ? have gotten pro help here before thanks.
