hln507w1x/xaa wont turn on

hi i need some help,
1. start losing the picture to a black screen (problem dmd board or chip)
2 replaced the chip, got picture but will tell me check # 2 fan and shut down, when i removed the digital board to get to check the fan and hook it back up now none of the fans will work and i get the 3 flashing lights up front, my digital board was removed again and got misplaced so i other a used one but now the tv is unresponsive what could be my problem
a bad power board or analog or this digital board is bad, and what is the best way to troubleshooted thanks for your help
