samsung hlp 6163w will not turn off

Hello all. I am new to the board and new to Sansung t.vs. I got this tv from a friend and now trying to fix it. The original problem was the t.v would turn off abt 30 mins after being on. no picture but sound. The lights would on the power button would flash. so we ahve replaced the bulb reset the lamp meter and a balast. now after being on for abt 2 hrs today it will not turn off. can't use the remote to turn off or change channel. any ideas?

Do you have any other symptom after the 2 hrs of being ON?

This problem usually happens when there are some inflated capacitors, but I've never heard of this problem on Samsung DLPs. In Mitsubishi DLPs is more common.
