TV loses inputs

History: Had the TV for 4 years no problems

Problem/ Symptoms:
1) I will be watching TV when randomly the screen goes blank and the "no signal or weak signal" message appears. All inputs will no longer be working. HDMI, Component 1, 2 ect. I can still access the tv menue screen and can see the messages but it is acting like it has no inputs.
2) The other thing I notice is when it is doing this and I cycle through the inputs and the PC input is now a choice. It should not be showing up as a choice as there is nothing plugged into that jack and it isn't there when the TV is working correctly.

The only way to temporarliy fix the problem is to shut the TV off for a few minutes. A quick shutoff does not work.

If the TV is working ok, I can also force this same problem to happen by giving a light tap/bump to the frame.

It started doing this a few days ago and seems to be happening more and more frequently
