Samsung HLM507W soft focus problem.

How do you access the focus ring inside the TV to set the focus? My focus is soft and if I push against the front screen it will actually sharpen up. There is a small access panel at the back of the TV and I can see the focus wheel on the lens through it but my hand will not reach inside.
