HLP5063W picture quality

Hi...first, I replaced the color wheel and the bulb. I have a service manual for the TV. I've gone thru the CCA service procedures and set all settings to the factory default settings. I can't however find the INDEX DELAY mode to adjust it. When I press " mute - 1 - 8 - 2 - power " I get the factory menu only, no "service" display screen. Have I missed something ?
When I turn the set ON after, the adjustment bars, the blue adjustment is red and the red is blue.
