Sony power/standby lite

I have a sony KDF-E50A10 tv and the power/standby lite blinks 45 times then tv comes on mabe 20 sec then does it again and again......... any help out there :?:

When your TV comes ON after the 45 blinks, does it show any picture? does it have audio?

Yes I have both for about 30 seconds then back to blinking green power/standby

Thank-You ordered a new bulb and there are no clicking noises :)
