I have a Toshiba 32RV530U that when you plug it in, the amber light just blinks then the power cuts off the entire tv. I do not get any picture just the blinking of the amber light. Can anyone lead me in the direction of this repair? Thank you

Troubleshooting online for a LCD TV's can be a little bit complicated, what is the name of the amber light?
How many blinks? How long does it take to blink again? Do you notice something before it broke? Can you turn TV ON but image doesnt show up?
