Samsung DLP HLs6187w Flicking picture

Hello to all, I am having some bad screen flickering I checked the color wheel and the light is new so I am not sure what it is. When you push the source button the blue bar that pops up is not flickering at all but the picture behind it is. The sound works good. Here is a youtube video I just.
