Infocus IN 24+ image/movie with excess blue color.

Hi,I have an Infocus IN24+. When connected to a laptop, the movie is prominently blue where black should be seen.
have tried resetting the unit, changing the R,G,B settings to no avail. The laptop desktop is also blue with black colour absent.
Even the desktop displays shifted to the right side and noly half of the desktop is visible. I have to manually adjust vert/hor picture alignment.
Lamp is ok, color wheel looks ok. Any problem with the video circuit?
