Westinghouse LTV-19W3 LCD

I have a question on Westinghouse LTV-19W3 LCD tv. When I turn it on, all I get is a blue screen and the audio works any ideas?

Hello drillsam,
Have you double checked your video input source? I would imagine so, this is regularly a problem with the audio video input board if not the digital video board. It is hard to diagnose it, let me start by asking if you get the same blue screen / good audio on both digital (like HDMI) and analog (coaxial or component) inputs?
