Panasonic Viera TCL32C12 problem

My daughters TV isnt powering on. When plugged in, it just clicks on & off. I took the back off and checked all caps and they all look fine. The clicking is coming from one of the three relays mounted on the power board. I cant find anything in the internet with these symptoms to try to troubleshoot. Everything I have found having to do with clicking shows that the caps are bad & how to replace them.

Can anyone help me out? THANKS!

Hello!

Hmm so when you plug the TV in is there a standby light coming up?

When you say it "clicks on and off" are you getting anything on the screen??

If all the capacitors are out it can be a chip/chipset mosfet even a heat sink which will not be visible.. by what you mention this is most likely on the power supply board.

Hint: if you can find a place that accepts returns (say a big eBay seller with +10,000 sales) I would buy and replace to see if it fixes it..

Good luck and keep us posted
