samsung ln32b360 decreases volume by itself

samsung ln32b360 decreases volume by itself

i have a samsung 32 lcd tv from 13 month and is out of warranty by 1 week it is decreasing volume to 0 by it self can you please tell me what is the problem. i already did take off batteries from remote.

Is a little bit hard to tell, since it could be caused by a amplifier or capacitor overheated. There are at least 3 boards that can be involved in this matter, it will be better to get a technician to check this for you. :mrgreen:

After you removed the batteries did you check if the -vol button on the set is depressed?
