i recently purchased a vizio tv and the screen was cracked and i was wondering if i could send it in for repair even if i dont have a receipt, or is it a lost cause?

:( broken screen on LCDs are really expensive to replace, I would imagine impossible without a receipt and the only one I have found I have had to pick them up since they mostly do not ship them because of how fragile they are..
