The JVC LT-46FN97 is a 46 inch flat panel TV which uses the LCD technology. the cabinet of the set has been very well designed and is very attractive even without being flashy. The Theatre mode produced the most natural images especially in subdued lighting while others modes seemed to be either too bright or too unnatural. The low color temperature offered reasonably accurate colors without compromising the sets otherwise very good performance. Although the black levels were not the best seem so far they were quite superior considering that the JVC LT-46FN97 is an LCD television.
